You can manage what you measure

Our company, which carries out production activities on behalf of Hive Engineering, has ISO 9001, ISO-TS 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 50001 and ISO 27001 quality certificates. In addition, all our partners/suppliers also have ISO 9001 and/or TS ISO 16949 certificates. One of the basic principles for Hive Engineering is “Control Assurance”. We have the opportunity to use qualified laboratory from outside when necessary. The company has “Coordinate Measuring Machines (3D – CMM)”, “Profile Projection Machine” and “Form Contour/Tracer Measuring Machine”.

STATISTICAL CONTROL

If you do not measure, you cannot produce

Statistical process controls are ongoing based on control plans. Deviations from critical tolerances are continuously monitored and, if necessary, corrected and/or prevented before defective parts are produced. SPC, MSA and capacity studies are the main tools at Hive Engineering.
